The Whatcom County Coalition to End Homelessness (WCCEH) is a consortium of public and private organizations and individuals that collaborate to plan for and create a system of housing and services, with the ultimate goal of moving homeless families and individuals to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. The work of the Coalition is guided by our community’s strategic plan to end homelessness.

The WCCEH meets the first Thursday of every other month (see schedule below) to network, review services, provide public information forums, training, and to address the community’s homeless issues as they arise. Staff from the Whatcom Homeless Service Center and the Whatcom County Health Department provide leadership, coordination, and administrative support to the Coalition and also work with agencies to secure federal homeless housing and service program grants.
